Customer Service Coordinator
Handling and resolving customers complain and inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
Handling incoming phone calls and attend customers’ requests accordingly.
Handle & communicate with the all type of customers with the same level.
Provide customer service support.
Maintain customer details and files.
Maintaining a good relationship with customers.
Skills, knowledge & experience required
High School or an equlivent degree
0-3 years of experience in smilar capacity
Creativity: Being able to think of new systems and new ways to work. Being able to think creatively and ask the right questions.
Good training skills.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to develop new solutions to problems. Having the skills to identify the source of the problem, create, and test solutions.
Communication Skills: Being able to communicate plans, thoughts, and rationale in the job. Good communication skills will greatly help in accomplishing the job
